Baseball Recap: Central Columbia Comes Up Short

Central Columbia lost against Danville on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bluejays might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-1 to the Ironmen, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Columbia now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Danville, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Coincidentally, Central Columbia and Danville will both be playing Midd-West the next time they take the field. The Ironmen will head out to face the Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Bluejays will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
