Football Recap: Reading Memorial Comes Up Short

Reading Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 36-28 to the Arlington Spy Ponders. Rockets fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Spy Ponders since Friday.

Reading Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Arlington, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Reading Memorial is set to take on their familiar foe Winchester at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Arlington will face off against rival Belmont at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
