Basketball Game Preview: Darrington Loggers vs. Friday Harbor Wolverines

Darrington is 1-9 against Friday Harbor since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Darrington Loggers will venture away from home to square off against the Friday Harbor Wolverines at 4:00 p.m. Friday Harbor took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Darrington, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Darrington beat Mary M. Knight 43-31.

Meanwhile, Friday Harbor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Mount Vernon Christian, falling 65-45.

Darrington's win ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-6. As for Friday Harbor, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11.

Darrington was dealt a bruising 90-54 loss at the hands of Friday Harbor when the teams last played back in January of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Friday Harbor's Pierce Kleine, who posted 20 points.
