Soccer Recap: Lake Region Takes a Loss

Lake Region was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Mulberry Panthers an easy 3-0 victory. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Thunder it sure didn't stay that way.

Lake Region's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Mulberry, they now have a winning record of 2-1-2.

Lake Region will take on Lake Gibson in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mulberry and Poinciana will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
