Jordan Bassett and Joe Fife provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Powhatan. The longest such play in 4A Conference 20 this season, the connection resulted in 60 yards.

Monacan moved up to 142 from 201 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Chiefs were able to make move up by beating Godwin 20-14.

Midlothian's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Bassett threw for 78 yards and Fife had 60 yards receiving. On the ground Deonte Levi contributed 39 yards.
