Soccer Recap: Keys Comes Up Short

Keys's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Heavener Wolves by a score of 3-2. Keys were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Heavener apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Keys' loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Heavener, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6.

Looking ahead, Keys will challenge Cascia Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cascia Hall's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Keys' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Heavener, they will square off against Regent Prep at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
