Game recap: Anton High School Football Team bests Kingdom Prep Academy

ANTON, Texas - Anton (Texas) extended its winning streak to six games with a 51-6 victory over Kingdom Prep Academy (Lubbock, Texas) on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Canan Wood to Javier Savedra in the first quarter, the Bulldogs led 38-6 at the half.

Anton grew its lead to 45 points entering the fourth quarter. AHS scored two times in the third, including once on a Savedra touchdown run.

Kingdom Prep Academy's only touchdown came on a pass in the second quarter.

The Bulldogs went into the matchup giving up only 13.6 points per game. Kingdom Prep Academy's six points were well below their season average of 15.8 per game.
