Baseball Recap: Hesperia Scorpions vs. Serrano Diamondbacks

Hesperia had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Serrano Diamondbacks on Wednesday. The victory was just what Hesperia needed coming off of a 9-0 defeat in their prior matchup.

Josh Flores made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched seven innings while giving up five earned runs off ten hits (he also didn't allow any walks). Flores was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
