Ketcham had won eight straight at home, but on Tuesday they bumped up to 15-2 to make it nine. They blew past the Putnam Valley Tigers 9-2. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

As for Putnam Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6. Having soared to a lofty 27 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Putnam Valley's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Peterson, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Ketcham and Putnam Valley should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings.
