Basketball Recap: Howell Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Howell won the last time they faced Holly and things went their way on Friday too. The Howell Highlanders put the hurt on the Holly Bronchos with a sharp 60-39 win. Given the Highlanders' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 89th, while the Bronchos are ranked 506th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Howell's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 19.5 points. As for Holly, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Howell will have a chance to go back-to-back against Holly: the pair will be back at it again later today.
