Volleyball Recap: Chancellor Chargers vs. Caroline Cavaliers
Chancellor was the 3-0 winner over Caroline when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Chancellor Chargers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Caroline Cavaliers on Thursday. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
While Chancellor ultimatly came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 30-28, 23-25, 25-21.
Chancellor's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Caroline, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.
Chancellor will venture away from home to challenge Hanover at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Hanover will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Chancellor surely won't give up without a fight.
