Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Indian Land). They put the hurt on the Northwestern Trojans with a sharp 14-2 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 14 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Indian Land pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Northwestern, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.

Indian Land will have a chance to go back-to-back against Northwestern: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
