Basketball Recap: Blue Valley Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Blue Valley Rams were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 65-61 to the Mission Valley Vikings. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Rams still had to take the loss.

Blue Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mission Valley, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blue Valley will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rural Vista [Hope/White City] at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. Mission Valley also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Chase County on January 7, 2025.
