Volleyball Recap: Memphis Rise Academy Takes a Loss

Memphis Rise Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Compass - Midtown.

The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 25-14.

Memphis Rise Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Compass - Midtown, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Memphis Rise Academy will challenge rival Crosstown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Compass - Midtown is set to take on their familiar foe Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
