Preview: Greensboro Raiders vs. Marion Rams
Greensboro is 8-2 against the Rams since February of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Greensboro Raiders are on the road again and plays the Marion Rams at 5:00 p.m. on February 1st.
Last Friday, Greensboro took a serious blow against the Jaguars, falling 66-32.
Meanwhile, Marion entered their tilt with the Tigers with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Marion walked away with a 56-44 victory over the Tigers on Tuesday. Marion pushed the score to 52-27 by the end of the third, a deficit the Tigers cut but never quite recovered from.
Greensboro's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Marion, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-9.
Greensboro took a serious blow against the Rams when the teams last played back in January, falling 58-22. Can Greensboro avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
