Football Game Recap: Douglass vs. Memphis Academy of Health Sciences

Memphis Academy of Health Sciences was out to avenge their 6-28 loss to Douglass from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Memphis Academy of Health Sciences weren't too far behind, but the team still lost 6-12 to Douglass on Friday. This makes it the second loss in a row for Memphis Academy of Health Sciences.

The defeat dropped Memphis Academy of Health Sciences's record to 0-2. The win bumped Douglass's record up to 2-1.

Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Next week, Memphis Academy of Health Sciences take on Kingsbury at Melrose Stadium at 7:00 PM. Memphis Academy of Health Sciences continues their travels as they hit the road for the second straight game. Douglass are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Cordova next week at Wolf-pack Stadium at 7:00 PM.
