Juab is 9-1 against Delta since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Wasps will welcome the Rabbits at 3:30 p.m. Juab has given up an average of 10.6 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, Juab turned things around against Manti on Tuesday. They walked away with a 16-13 win over the Templars. The Wasps' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Juab got a massive performance out of Madi Blankenagel, who fired off two home runs, four runs, and four RBI while going 4-for-6. Those four RBI gave Blankenagel a new career-high. Dusti Draper was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
Juab always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .578. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Delta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 12-2 to Canyon View.
Delta saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Vicki Robison, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.
Juab's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 3-9. As for Delta, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-14.
Delta's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Juab has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Delta, though, as they've been averaging 9.1 hits. Given Juab's sizable advantage in that area, the Rabbits will need to find a way to close that gap.
