Football Recap: Weldon Takes a Loss

Weldon played against KIPP P on Friday and lost via forfeit.

Weldon dropped their record down to 0-4 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for KIPP P, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Weldon will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Warren County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chargers will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests. As for KIPP P, they will host Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
