Football Recap: Franklin Christian Academy Falcons vs. Friendship Christian Commanders

Franklin Christian Academy dropped to 4-4 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins on the road. They came up short against the Friendship Christian Commanders, falling 31-10. Having soared to a lofty 43 points in the game before, the Falcons couldn't push the score so high this time.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Caleb Franklin, who picked up 100 receiving yards and one touchdown. Franklin really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 71 yards. Jase Toms was another key player, having thrown for 331 yards and onetouchdown.
