Soccer Recap: Design Tech Has No Trouble Against Summit Shasta

Design Tech kept a clean sheet against Summit Shasta on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over the Summit Shasta Black Bears. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won three contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Summit Shasta with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Soham Kakar (2), Bryden Price, and Logan Crusick.

Design Tech is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four games. As for Summit Shasta, they dropped their record down to 0-4-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Design Tech has already played their next contest (against East Palo Alto Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Summit Shasta has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Terra Nova.
