Baseball Recap: Norman Takes a Loss

After flying high against El Reno on Thursday, Norman came back down to earth. The Timberwolves fell just short of the Noble Bears by a score of 7-6 on Thursday. If the Timberwolves were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to the Bears when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Norman has also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Noble, they pushed their record up to 13-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Norman didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Harrah on the 10th. As for Noble, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against El Reno at 5:30 p.m.
