Basketball Recap: Hurley Comes Up Short

Hurley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 41-29 to the Drummond Lumberjacks. The Northstars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lumberjacks earlier this season, when they won 39-38.

Hurley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Drummond, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8.

Hurley has already played their next game (against Butternut), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Drummond will challenge Lac Courte Oreilles at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
