Softball Game Preview: Walhalla Razorbacks vs. Liberty Red Devils

The Walhalla Razorbacks will square off against the Liberty Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Walhalla is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

Walhalla lost 16-1 to Crescent on Thursday.

Walhalla saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Culp, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, Liberty came into Thursday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let High Point Academy get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory last Thursday.

Walhalla's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Liberty, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.

Everything went Walhalla's way against Liberty when the teams last played back in February, as Walhalla made off with an 18-4 victory. Do the Razorbacks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
