Volleyball Recap: Appleton City Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against El Dorado Springs, Appleton City was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Kingsville Tigers. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The win got Appleton City back to even at 4-4. As for Kingsville, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.

Appleton City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Northeast Vernon County on the 13th. As for Kingsville, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Hume on the 13th.
