Edison scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 19-14 to the Brackenridge Eagles. Surprisingly, this marked the Golden Bears' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Edison's loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Brackenridge, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Coincidentally, Edison and Brackenridge will both be playing Lanier the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Voks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Golden Bears will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
