Point Pleasant Beach had lost eight straight at home dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 2-11 to make it nine. They fell 15-12 to the Toms River South Indians. On the bright side, the 12- run effort marked the Garnet Gulls' highest-scoring match to date.
