Football Recap: Hope Takes a Loss

Hope's game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 28-20 to the Prescott Curley Wolves. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Curley Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Despite the loss, Hope still got an impressive performance from Tray Gomer, who rushed for 98 yards and one score.

K.J. Page had a dynamite game For Prescott., rushing for 204 yards and four touchdowns.

Hope now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Prescott, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hope and Prescott will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bobcats are set to square off against their familiar foe De Queen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Prescott will take on rival Fouke at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
