Volleyball Recap: Durango Demons vs. Maple Mountain Golden Eagles

Durango was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles.

Hadyn Neiman paced Durango's offense, picking up 11 kills. Neiman got some help from Devyn Edwards and her ten assists. Celia Matz controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Leading Maple Mountain to victory were Aliyah Marks and Sami Emerick. Marks had 18 digs and three assists, while Emerick had seven digs and three aces. Marks is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.

Durango's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Maple Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
