Softball Recap: Rosholt Takes a Loss

Rosholt was the 13-3 winner over Three Lakes/Phelps when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets came up short against Three Lakes/Phelps on Saturday, falling 12-2.

Kaylee Filtz made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgan Nyman, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Rosholt's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

While they had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
