Meanwhile, Pottstown came up short against Methacton on Friday and fell 22-14.
Pope John Paul II's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 10-0. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-9 Upper Perkiomen and 2-8 Upper Merion Area (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 37.5% over those games). As for Pottstown, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
