Volleyball Recap: De Pere's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

De Pere waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Green Bay Southwest Fighting Trojans by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Thursday.

Erin O'Connor paced De Pere's offense, picking up six kills. O'Connor got some help from Kayli Raygo and her 11 assists. Raygo was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

De Pere's win bumped their record up to 20-15. As for Green Bay Southwest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 17 of their last 18 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-26 record this season.

De Pere didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Seymour on the 11th. As for Green Bay Southwest, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Little Chute on the 11th.
