Baseball Recap: Front Range Christian's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Front Range Christian blew Liberty Common out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Liberty Common got their revenge. Front Range Christian fell just short of Liberty Common by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Falcons couldn't push the score so high this time.

Front Range Christian saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Haedan Morton, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Morton is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Front Range Christian fell to 2-1. As for Liberty Common, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Front Range Christian will head out to challenge Peyton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Liberty Common, they will venture away from home to take on Fort Lupton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
