Gast Posts Huge Game in 40-6 Victory

Starting off the list is Alexandria-Monroe's Brady Gast, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gast threw for 210 yards and five touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 31 yards.

If history really does repeat itself, Gast might just drop another big game when he faces off against Wabash on Friday. When Gast last faced the Apaches back in August, he threw for 306 yards and five touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes.

Ah'lijah Monday and Co. Win Ninth in a Row

Mississinewa picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Ah'Lijah Monday. Monday did his part (and then some), rushing for 149 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry for the 'W'. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last three times he's played.

Monday is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Oak Hill on Friday. When Monday last faced the Golden Eagles back in September, he rushed for 106 yards and five touchdowns, and also picked up 61 receiving yards.

Nate Luzadder's Big Game Leads Frankton over Elwood

Nate Luzadder continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his third-straight game with at least 149 rushing yards. He rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry.

Elwood's probably not too fond of Luzadder given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Luzadder saw the Panthers), he rushed for 182 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per carry.

Mason Fuller Makes It Two for Alexandria-Monroe

Another Alexandria-Monroe player making an appearance on this list is Mason Fuller. He made eight total tackles.

On the year, Fuller has averaged 5.2 total tackles per game. It gets even more impressive: after nine games last season, he was only averaging 1.89 receiving yards per game. This year he is averaging 84.11 receiving yards.
