Soccer Game Preview: Bothell/Inglemoor vs. Mount Si

The Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars will square off against the Mount Si Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Bothell/Inglemoor is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Mercer Island on Thursday. They fell just short of the Islanders by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Mount Si faced Newport - Bellevue in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Mount Si have been dealt a draw since back in March.

Mount Si's draw gives them a new season record of 6-2-2. As for Bothell/Inglemoor, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5-2 record this season.

Bothell/Inglemoor came out on top in a nail-biter against Mount Si in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Cougars repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
