Football Recap: Moore County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Moore County played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Eagleville Eagles, falling 34-7. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Isaac Petty threw for 86 yards on seven of 21 attempts. Cole Taylor was his top target, picking up 40 receiving yards.

Moore County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Eagleville, they pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Moore County will challenge Smith County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Owls will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. As for Eagleville, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Huntland on the 17th.
