Volleyball Recap: Le Mars Comes Up Short

Le Mars was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dakota Valley Panthers. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Panthers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Le Mars' loss dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Dakota Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-3.

Coming up, Le Mars will venture away from home to take on Bishop Heelan Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dakota Valley, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Unity Christian on the 11th.
