Overton barely beat Harleton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Overton's pitcher stepped up to hand Harleton a 10-0 shutout on Friday. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.
Skyler Colvin and Chelsea Jordan did most of the damage at the plate: Colvin went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Jordan went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three hits gave Colvin a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kasha Williams, who scored two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
