Volleyball Recap: Creekview Takes a Loss

Creekview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Hereford Whitefaces. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their loss to the Whitefaces from their previous meeting back in August of 2022.

Hereford was led to victory by Kyndall Valdez and Kaylee Alonzo. Valdez had seven digs and three aces, while Alonzo had six digs. That's the most aces Valdez has posted since back in August of 2024.

Creekview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Hereford, they moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Creekview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Whitehouse on the 15th. As for Hereford, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Mansfield Summit on the 15th.
