Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sandalwood). They never let the Englewood Rams get on the board and left with a 19-0 win on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Saints in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won nine in a row.
Sydney Gwinn made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Gwinn was also solid in the batter's box, scoring four runs while going 1-for-3. Those four runs gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Sandalwood got a massive performance out of Madison Seprish, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
