Miramonte has gone a perfect 3-0 against Heritage recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Matadors will head out to face off against the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Miramonte comes in on six and Heritage on seven.

Miramonte is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Vintage.

Miramonte walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-15, 13-25, 25-20, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Heritage made easy work of American Canyon on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 26-24, 25-22.

Miramonte better keep an eye on Gigi Ramones. She was instrumental in Heritage's win, getting 12 digs and four assists. That's the most digs Ramones has posted over her last five contests.

Heritage's win bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Miramonte, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 20-6.

Miramonte beat Heritage 2-0 in their previous meeting back in October of 2021. Do the Matadors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
