Venice barely beat Fairfax the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Gondoliers' defense stepped up to hand the Lions a 24-0 shutout on Thursday. That 24 point margin sets a new team best for the Gondoliers this season.

Venice can attribute much of their success to Johnathan Lee, who picked up 52 receiving yards and one touchdown. Those 52 receiving yards gave Lee a new career-high.
