Trevin Bean put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in February on Tuesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.
