Licking Heights added to the longest winning streak in Licking County - Big this week by beating Lakewood, 54-6. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Hornets.
Granville moved up to 100 from 133 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Blue Aces were able to move up by besting Watkins Memorial 52-24.
Watkins Memorial's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ben Shroyer has thrown for 503 yards and 6 touchdowns this season, while Hunter Holton has 25 catches for 293 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Licking Heights takes on Granville. At the moment, the Hornets are in first, while the Blue Aces are in third.
