Basketball Recap: Jasper Takes a Loss

Jasper was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greenfield Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-47 back in December of 2024.

Jasper's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Greenfield, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jasper will venture away from home to face off against Golden City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Golden City's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. As for Greenfield, they are taking a road trip to challenge Jasper at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
