Volleyball Recap: Fort Thomas Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Fort Thomas waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Duncan Wildkats by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Apaches, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Fort Thomas walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 24-26, 25-22, 25-12.

Fort Thomas' win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Duncan, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-8 record.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fort Thomas will square off against rival Cicero Prep Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Duncan is set to face off against their familiar foe Superior at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
