Lake Oconee Academy entered their tilt with Alcovy on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Titans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lake Oconee Academy was: they took both sets by at least 18 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-6.

Among those leading the charge was Jordan Klevansky, who had four aces and three digs. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024. Sophia Peters also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Lake Oconee Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Alcovy, their defeat was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Lake Oconee Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Putnam County on the 2nd. As for Alcovy, they will be playing at home against Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
