Baseball Recap: Midlothian Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Midlothian and Godwin squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Midlothian had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 10-2. The loss continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Midlothian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Godwin, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Midlothian nor Godwin have any future games scheduled.
