McIntosh posted their closest win since October 2, 2024 on Tuesday. They skirted past the Allatoona Buccaneers 2-1. The victory continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Buccaneers: they've now won seven in a row.

McIntosh's offense was headlined by Mya Conley and Kennedi Taylor, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Baylee Tanton and her 13 assists. Claudia Meditz controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Several Buccaneers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ashlyn Jones, who had 15 digs.

McIntosh's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Allatoona, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

McIntosh didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Harrison on the 12th. As for Allatoona, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against East Coweta on the 14th.
