Soccer Recap: Tates Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Tates Creek was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Lexington Christian on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Commodores lost 4-0 to the Lafayette Generals on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Tates Creek can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky soccer rankings (they are ranked 57th, while Lafayette are ranked ninth).

Tates Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11-1. As for Lafayette, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.
