Volleyball Recap: Fort Bend Hightower Now 8-2 over Last Ten Games

There's no place like home for Fort Bend Hightower, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Nederland Bulldogs on Tuesday.

The victory didn't come easy: Nederland scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 22-25, 25-18, 25-18.

Fort Bend Hightower is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Nederland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-8.

Coming up, Fort Bend Hightower will take on Royal in a tournament on Thursday. As for Nederland, they are taking a road trip to square off against Bridge City at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
